[ Download ] Dropbox – Backup, Synchronize, Share and Access from Anywhere

Dropbox logo Now you don’t have to struggle to find ways to compress large files for sending over email or carry a pen-drive all the time with you to share or to keep a backup of your files. Dropbox which is a freeware application can do all that stuff for you. With Dropbox you can backup, synchronize and share your files easily. That's not it you can even access those files form anywhere.

What is Dropbox?

Dropbox is the easiest way to share and store your files online. And access them from anywhere.

Once you have created an account which is FREE and installed Dropbox, it will create some folders on your computer which works just like any other folder but with a few differences. You can put your files in the folder and can access that files from any computer by login in Dropbox or by making a public link that files.

Dropbox can also be used for online backup and share files with your friends or family members as well. This a great application as I am sharing movies, photos, files etc. with my friends who are staying in different states and countries. It’s like using a shared drive with your loved ones.

Steps to share files with others:

  1. You have to ask your friends or family member  to create an account and install Dropbox on their computer.
  2. Now you can create a private folder which can be shared with your friends so thatDropbox_folder no one else can use it. This folder will also get created on your friends computer.
  3. Just drag and drop your files in that folder.
  4. And your friends or family member sitting at their home can get those file in same folder on their computer.
  5. This can work visa-versa however the person who has created the folder has the permission to undo changes if by mistake some files have been deleted from web interface.Dropbox_referral

[Download]- Drag Tabs in Windows-Vista/XP/2008/2003 Taskbar by Taskix

Taskix_icon All of us use Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explore 7+ for browsing. One thing I like in all these browsers is that it allows dragging of the tabs. That makes your work easier however this great feature is not available in windows older version to drag the tabs in the taskbar which has been integrated in Windows 7 but not in Vista, XP, and Server 2008/2003.

  1. Moving Taskix tab to left:-

  1. Reorder taskbar tabs.
  2. Scroll tabs with mouse wheel
  3. Close tabs with middle-click
