New in Gmail Labs: Extra Emoji

After the successful launch of the few emoticons in Gmail, Google was not satisfied with it so they recently launched Extra Emoji in Gmail Labs to express yourself to the fullest. Now you can say that this new added feature is (great).

Steps to enable Extra Emoji:

  1. Login to Gmail.
  2. Go to the following path Setting –> Labs tab and scroll down to locate “Extra Emoji”.

@baron
Yup this is cool stuff.

However right now I am unaware of incorporating the Emoji in Gmail chat, but whenever I get to know how to do it I will definitely write about about it.

You may choose Subscribing Type for Orkut Sharing to receive automatic updates regarding this and other hacks in future!

Wondering what choice to use if I am going to send an email from my PC with Gmail and using emoji to my fiance in Japan. She has Softbank and we use to text all the time using emoji?? Should I choose Unicode8 or just the default settings?? I am in the USA and she is in Japan. Thanks!
